Many of us who work to get things done will go, go, go and then go some more. When actually, the best thing you could do is take regular breaks. YES… BREAKS.

Think about it. If you keep working, even when you are tired, you will start to work less efficient. Have you ever worked on something, pushing through and get stuck? Maybe you work and work to figure it out, yet still don’t find a way. Finally, you give in and go to bed. The next morning you figure it out in minutes, maybe seconds.

This is because you need to recover. If you let your body and mind recover more frequently you will become more efficient than you have ever been.
