What does it take to be a better you? Simple, start one step at a time. Improve one area of your life and it will effect everything else.

The first step is to take responsibility of making your life better. It is not an outside factor. It is inside of you. Instead of blaming others or other things, such as… if I only had this or if this person did this, I would have this or I would be happy.

The best thing you can do is ask yourself “What can I do about this?”

To be a better partner, ask yourself “what you can do to be better in the relationship?”

To be a better parent, ask yourself “what can I do to be more of what I want my kids to become?” The best thing to do is become what you want your kids to become, rather than telling them… show them.
